About Horse Boarding USA
Data last verified: August 22, 2026
Horse Boarding USA is a directory of 757 horse boarding stables across 142 cities and 45 states. We connect horse owners directly with barns: no bookings, no quotes, no cut taken from either side.
Where our data comes from
Listings are compiled from public business directories and mapping data, then reviewed for accuracy. Ratings and review counts reflect publicly available review totals at the time a listing was last verified. Sentiment labels (Exceptional, Excellent, Very Good, Good) summarize recurring themes in public reviews about day-to-day care.
Editorial standards
- We don't accept payment in exchange for a better rating or sentiment label.
- Featured placement is a paid, clearly labeled placement; it does not affect a barn's rating.
- Barn owners can claim a free listing to correct details or add photos at any time.
- We link straight to each barn's own phone number and website; we never quote pricing on a barn's behalf.
Keeping listings current
Each listing shows a last-verified date. If you spot outdated information, let us knowor, if it's your barn, claim the listing to update it yourself.

Who runs this
Horse Boarding USA is built and maintained by Alessio Deidda, and operated by Alessio Deidda Digital, based in Italy. It started as a way to give horse owners a straightforward way to find a barn without booking fees or middlemen. No venture funding, no growth targets, just a directory kept accurate and useful.
Frequently asked questions
How do you verify listings?+
Every listing's name, address and phone number is cross-checked against public business records before it goes live, and that's what earns it a 'Verified' badge. That check is separate from claiming: an owner can claim a listing to manage it without changing its verification status.
How do I add my business?+
Go to "List your barn," fill in your details and submit. Basic listings are free, forever.
How accurate is the data?+
We keep listings as current as we can, but a barn's hours, pricing and availability can change faster than we can re-check them. When in doubt, call the barn directly, that's always the source of truth.
Can I edit my listing?+
Yes. Claim your listing from the "List your barn" page, and once approved you can correct details or add photos any time from your account.
Do you accept payment for placement?+
Featured and Premium placement are paid and clearly labeled as such. Paying moves a listing up the page, it never changes its rating or sentiment label, which are calculated the same way for every barn.
