By using Horse Boarding USA, you agree to the following terms.

Informational directory

Listings on this site are informational. We do not operate, manage, or take bookings for any horse boarding facility listed here. Ratings, pricing references, and availability should be confirmed directly with the barn before making arrangements for your horse.

Accuracy of listings

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information current, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Barn owners are responsible for keeping claimed listings up to date.

Accounts

Writing a review, claiming a listing, or adding a new barn requires signing in with a valid email address. You are responsible for activity submitted from your account. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with the barn. We moderate reviews before publishing and may reject or remove a review at our discretion, including for false, defamatory, or abusive content. One review per account per listing.

Listing claims and ownership

Claiming a listing asserts that you own or are authorized to manage that barn. We may request verification and can reject or revoke a claim we believe is inaccurate or fraudulent.

Featured listings and Premium subscriptions

Featured or Premium placement is paid and clearly labeled. It affects a listing's position on the page, not its rating or sentiment label. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the reviews, listing descriptions and photos you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content on the site (and in search results) for as long as it stays published. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload: don't submit a photo or text you don't have permission to use.

Some product links on this site are Amazon Associates affiliate links; we earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure. These links never affect a listing's rating, sentiment label or placement.

Limitation of liability

Horse Boarding USA is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of a facility found through this directory. Site content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
